Generative AI has long since become part of everyday life: Following ChatGPT and Gemini, more and more foundation models are flooding the market, and hardly anyone wants to do without them anymore. With the rapid advancement of algorithms, the underlying data seems to be fading into the background. Unfairly so. Because even the latest chatbots are only as good as the data on which they are based.
While legal issues are sometimes the subject of intense debate, data quality, data availability, and their strategic value often receive less attention than they deserve. This is precisely where the panel discussion comes in: It examines the role of data in the age of AI from a wide variety of perspectives.
