We are looking for you: Student Assistant for Science Communication Focus: Text and Visual Content (m/f/x) in Munich.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Communicate research findings and activities to the public, stakeholders, and academic communities through engaging text and visual content.
  • Create science communication materials such as social media posts (esp. LinkedIn), blog entries, press releases, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate with researchers to translate complex scientific results into clear, accessible language and compelling images/graphics.
  • Assist in content planning, editing, and visual design.
  • Support visibility and outreach activities for research projects.


Your qualifications:


  • Enrollment at a German university.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Design skills and familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Inkspace or Adobe Creative Suite (or a keen interest and motivation to develop these skills).
  • Reliability, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
