Short Description

Lisa is a computer scientist with a background in innovation and journalism. She joined the SODA lab as PhD student in fall 2025 and is supported by RelAI, the Konrad Zuse School for Excellence in Reliable AI.

In her research, Lisa focuses on the mathematical and computational foundations at the intersection of ML and social good.

Her research focuses on the mathematical and computational foundations at the intersection of machine learning and social good.

Before starting her PhD, Lisa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), including research stays at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, where she specialized in theoretical computer science and algorithms.

Alongside her studies, she has completed an honors degree in Innovation and Technology Management at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Munich, and has worked as a journalist for SWR, among others.
