Mona Niethammer

Mona Niethammer is a PhD candidate at the Statistical Consulting Unit (StaBLab) at LMU Munich. Her research focuses on reproducibility and replicability in statistics, particularly through multi-analyst studies, and on how analytical choices affect estimands and study conclusions. She holds a B.Sc. in Mathematical Biometrics (Ulm University) and an M.Sc. in Statistics and Data Science (LMU Munich). Outside of research, she enjoys playing soccer, cycling, and reading books, which help her keep a fresh perspective on problem-solving.
